What counts as a seat?

Each member of your company, plus each invitation that hasn't been accepted yet. Guests who join an open room with its link never take a seat.

What happens if we cancel?

The plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then the company moves to Free. Nobody is removed, and groups are hidden rather than deleted, so they come back if you upgrade again. You can't add people while you're over Free's 5 seats.
